  Overall a wonderful experience. I was dealing with a recurring drain clog in my bathroom sink, a toilet that would barely flush, and a slow draining sink. Jim was able to assess the problem quickly and come up with a plan to abate the problem efficiently and effectively. I appreciated his taking the time to explain the issues and his actions to fix them. You can tell right away how much knowledge and experience they bring. Nothing better than being able to trust the work you have done in your home!

  I had two other plumbers out to my house because my sewer line was plugged. Neither of the plumbers could get the line open. Both said that I had to be a dig up because there were roots in the line. The first one wanted $7000 and the second one wanted $6300. I figured I’ll call another plumber and then we can get the price even lower. Jimmy Jets came out and within a half an hour had the line clear the roots were gone and my sewer line was flowing. I could not ask for better service I will call them again for any of my plumbing or sewer needs. Highly recommended.
