  Curly was very professional and conducted himself politely. He came and checked out my water heater and it was time to replace it. He installed it first thing in the morning and did an amazing job. I do recommend their services.

  Curly was courteous and professional. He arrived within the two hour timeframe scheduled. He was respectful of my household and placed booties over his boots before entering my home. He clearly explained what to expect, he inspected the problem and quickly fixed my faucet. I would use Jim and Sons again.

  Our experience with Jim and Son’s was unique for sure. From first contact with Carol in the office to the techs Steven and Chuck there was nothing but true professionalism.
