  Jim was extremely kind, I couldn’t get up because I’m 9 months pregnant, and he handled everything for me— even our crazy dogs. He was quick and efficient, exactly what you want in a plumber. Would highly recommend!

  After meeting with two other water heater/plumbing companies, one stated that how I was wanting my tankless water heater installed was too complicated and the second never got back to me with a price. Then Jim Smith showed up. Jim was on-time and stood there patiently as I went through a mile-long list of questions and answered every one of them. I told him exactly what I wanted and he explained the pros and cons and some other options and what he would have to do to make it happen. After it was all said and done, I got my tankless water heater installed where I wanted it and Jim couldn't have been nicer and more professional. It's been nearly 3 months since the install. Everything is working perfectly. We love our new tankless water heater. I will be reaching out to Jim for any and all future projects. He is awesome.
