  They need friendlier receptionist. When I called for a price on cleaning the woman acted like I was bothering her! Not friendly at all. This in not the first time that I have called this company. The last time was 2 years ago and when I called today, I remembered why I called someone else last year! That is to bad because I do remember that the tech that they sent 2 years ago was great but I don't need an attitude every time I call the office. I will go with another company. Their loss!

  Horrifying customer service. I can't say anything better about their work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The boiler in our house was serviced TWICE prior to when we moved in. The first time we turned our heating on, there were issues. Jim's would not service it without charge, stating it was "not our fault" that is was not working. It took me three attempts at calling customer service before I could begin to get anywhere. Every conversation I had with the company was met by a curt, rude response. My home needs $11,000 worth of plumbing work. If Jim's was the last company on the planet able to do this, I would live without plumbing.
