  I hired jiffy to remove a clog from an outside pipe that had a cap easy to get to and it was after hours and paid 235.00 for the guy to be there 10 minutes. Clog never got fixed still have the clog. Never ran the rotor rooter through the pipe I asked him to run his rotor through. Very disappointed.

  We use Jiffy Rooter of Evansville for both our home and business needs. They are always on time, fix our problem, and charge a fair price. And, they are just nice people! Always a good experience with a not-so-pleasant problem!

  Got hung up on by a lady who said they are closed at 6:22 PM EST though Google says they are open 24 hours

  It’s not Jiffy Rooter’s intent to provide substandard services. If your call was flagged as a “blocked” or “unavailable” on the caller id and you didn’t inquire about service it might have advised the office was closed for the day. We receive on average 20-25 telemarketing phone calls daily even in the evening hours, so this may have been a misunderstanding.
