I called Jet plumbing  at 7:30 am when shower would not drain.  The lady said they would be out by 2. Mel showed up early and got it draini g in about  45 minutes.  Also VERY reasonable  price!

They dumped water on our water heater, then said they were not responsible for the damages. They refused to fix what they broke at my house. My kids and I don't have hot water. They said they'd have to charge me to fix what they broke. They simply said no,  and left us without hot water. Worst service ever!

Found water in my crawl space coming from the cold water pipe to my washer.  Mike showed up and had everything repaired within an hour.  This was on a  Sunday.  Mike was VERY professional and completed the work like a true master plumber!  I would not hesitate to use Jet Plumbing again and I highly recommend them!

We had an emergency on a weekend and Jet squeezed us in between other jobs. The tech didn't have the material he needed to fix the leak so he went and bought it and came right back.  We've used Jet in the past and will continue to use them.

Had a great experience with jet Plumbing, especially their service man Mike Richardson. We had an underground leak this past weekend. Mike was out here in a little more than 1 hour. He had our problem solved in 2 hours after a lot of digging and PVC repair. He is a bulldog. Very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Great job Mike

Not a professional organization. These guys will come to your house and do zero troubleshooting, they'll just throw parts at whatever needs to be fixed until it starts working. Not only that but every time whatever part they guessed was broken doesn't fix the problem it's gonna be about 2 days until they come back with another part to throw at it. And you can forget about them doing anything on a weekend! Theyll just come look at it, verify it doesnt work and then give you some kind of excuse about how they cant do anything until their office is open, well then why even send a "tech" in the first place!? I'd find a handyman on Craigslist with a multimeter before I'd ever called these clowns again.

They have good pricing...and they get the job done in a timely matter
