  AL was not only professional, he was very friendly and informative. I called him up a week ago and he showed up right after working all day to investigate what I needed done. The next week AL promptly arrived and busted out the instalation of the dishwasher (brand new install) sink, and disposal. He's work was amazing. If you are looking for someone to do anything plumbing related AL should be your guy. Thanks again AL.

  Albert was very responsive and capably fixed all our plumbing issues (leaking toilet and outside faucets) same day. The overall bill was very reasonable and he also provided numerous much appreciated tips to avoid future problems. I highly recommend Jet Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work.

  Albert did some work at my place about 6 months ago, basically replacing some pipes, after I directed exactly what to do. I questioned how much he charged, based on his hourly rate, and the cost of supplies and he became very upset. I did not intend to upset him, I was only asking about certain charges. My right as a customer. I was not upset or antagonistic at all. When I needed a plumber for another issue, at the same place, Albert informed me he "didn't appreciate the way he was treated".....So much for the "customer is always right"! He then said to call a different plumber. Amazing how all reviews are 4 or 5 star ones on here as well, as I have heard from other people about the difficulty of getting professional plumbing service in the PT area.

  Hi, thank you for your review Stu. Yes I read your review, I was hoping to forget your project. No when customers try to alter hours worked , then wonder why their is some type of issue. Hours were billed properly you just didnt want to pay what was due. I recall you attempting to alter the hours worked not questioning them!! I worked 4 hours straight without a break. You stated 3 hours and wanted me to alter log and be charged 3 hrs, when actually work 4 plus hours. Because you came in to work area only wanting 3 hrs to be billed. I did directly what you asked. My comments were you treated me with distain, when I did what you asked in timely manner and was treated poorly. Funny how your not happy now 6 months later after job completion. Why would you contact me to do additional work recently.? You were charged hourly rate and agree to cost just that you didnt want to pay for the fair time worked. Aswell you made me wait over 30 days to be paid, was not paid after job was completed that day. I thought you were not going to pay at all and I would have to take you to small claims to get paid, I was happy & shocked when received your payment. Customers that try to cheat the tradesman that work for them out of wages , its called thief of service.! Several months ago you contacted me to do additional work and you badgered me about the houly wage and travel fee which.was the same on your previous project but you questioned rate and fees. I suggested you contact another Plumbing Company after the first interaction. Sorry but you still need to find another company to serve you. Best Wishes Al
