I had a leak in my basement on Sunday night and Jersey Boys answered the phone. They scheduled an appointment and arrived the next morning on time. Josh the technician was very polite and professional.  He determined that a clog was causing the leak and resolved the issue. Also, a misunderstanding occurred while receiving my invoice but the owner of Jersey Boys called me personally and gave me a discount for the mishap. I would recommend and use Jersey Boys Plumbing again. Thank you.

Called Jersey Boys to check out my sewer grinder pump. When here, they charged a lot of money to put a camera down the pipes outside, however, he was only able to get it 2 feet and then he said he was unable to turn it. He never took the lid off the grinder to check if there was an issue there. He said the “clog” he found in the pipe outside would need to be water jetted out, yet he didn’t have the equipment because it was in the shop. He offered to attempt to “snake” it out for another few hundred dollars.

Had to call another company today who were wonderful and stayed for multiple hours and worked until the solution was found - which ended up being the grinder which was never even looked at by Jersey Boys.

Would never call them again for work.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, from the initial call with Jackie to the plumber, Jonathan. He found us the perfect toilet that fit in our small space, did the install and cleaned everything up afterwards. Would highly recommend this company!
