  Totally recommend Jerm's! Jeremy Martin and technician did excellent job locating and replacing our water tank!!! Also, Dawn and office staff were very helpful and always kept us updated. We definitely will be using Jerm's again for all our plumbing needs Thank you Steve and Deb.

  Jerm's was unfortunately not able to fix the issue with my kitchen drain as they did not have the required equipment for my particular problem. However, I still want to give them five stars and a huge thank you for their efforts and time. They were able to fit me in same-day on very short notice despite being booked out for weeks. Hunter was very knowledgeable and kind, spent a lot of time and exerted a lot of effort to try and help me, and gave me some follow-up steps to try next and specified some other places to call that would be able to address the issue more directly. I would recommend Jerm's to anyone just based off this limited experience and will surely call them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

  Jerm's are always timely and professional. They work with your schedule, they are responsive, and they do quality work. I have been impressed every time we have used them, which is multiple at this point. They give sound advice and often try to help us save money when possible. They are quite expensive, but you definitely get value for the money you put in. I will continue using them for all of my plumbing and heating needs and will be happy to do so.
