  Honest, fair dealing people. No high pressure sales. They have been able to keep my ancient systems running for over 10 years now. If you're in their service area- call them 1st. They'll do you right!

  I called on the morning of 12/30 and was initially given an appointment time for around 11:30, however the tech called a few minutes after my call and said that he had a cancelation and asked if it were okay if he came by. This was my 2nd experience within a week with a HVAC company. I paid the 1st company $110 only to be told that he was not a Carrier approved vendor & that I would need to locate someone who could warranty the piece of my 2.5 year old unit that needed replacing. After being upset over "losing" my money I reached out to Jenkins. The techs were very professional, I'm not sure of his name (I'm forgetful) but when I answered the door the first guy went to put covers on his boots but I reassured him that it was not necessary because I was in the process of cleaning and would clean the floors eventually, he also sported a face mask, which I thought was impressive because the first company, (I won't name names) the guy showed up sniffling, without a mask. At any rate. The diagnosis called for the piece being removed, it was under warranty and they drove from McDonough to Forest Park to get the piece, only to get back to my home and realize they hadn't gotten everything needed. When I tell you it was nasty outside!, It was NASTY. The tech said that they would go back and get it. I told him that I could wait until Monday and that it wasn't that urgent, that at least the ball was rolling. I felt bad having them drive all the way back in such nasty weather. So to make a longer story short, we had left it at they would come back next week and complete the job. Well, the guy called me a couple hours later and said he had sent the other tech to get the part and that if it were okay, they would return to my home in a few hours to complete the job. The did just that. I am so thankful to have a company that was so responsive, and employees who truly value helping others. I normally don't write reviews but something in my heart compelled me to let this company know just how thankful I was.

  They are absolutely amazing. They worked in my crawl space during dark to make sure we were not left without heat for 2 day's in a row. Would recommend to family and friends. Everyone is so nice. Thank you so much everyone
