  Great comprehensive service of our 3 heat pump units. The Service Technician Michael Meadows was extremely knowledgeable. He notified us by text when he was on his way. This along with the company reminder texts made for a great service experience. We are so pleased with Jefferies Heating & Air that we again purchased their service membership. With 3 units to service twice a year, it gives great value for the money!
