Recommended through home warranty company. First they show up, did not introduce himself, just kept asking if I wanted poison oak? Cussed the entire time. They didn't have the right part so they had to come back but wouldn't leave until he got paid for being there 5 minutes and doing nothing. 2 days later they were supposed to call before coming, but just showed up and when asked about calling, he said "Well we're here now so..." The assistant also just walked into our bedroom looking for a bathroom after passing one upstairs. Then they just left without telling anyone, and left our laundry room like this.

We apologize , we did speak with you to confirm your appointment. Under the home warranty contracts we must submit the diagnosis before doing the work. We spoke to your trust company several times during this. Please let us know if there is anything you need. Thank you for your partnership

Only giving 1 star because negative stars were not an option, nor would they have enough!!! DO NOT use this company under any circumstances!! Even if your home warranty company makes you use them - trust me, just come out of pocket for a better company!! The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and ignorant to basic human interactions. The plumber took my clogged sink trap off with nothing to catch the six gallons of water backed up. This in turn caused the water to go all over the kitchen floor, under the sink in the cabinet, and within minutes drained into my basement ceiling causing one of the smoke alarms to short out, with the water coming out in a steady stream onto the floor causing additional water damage there too! When I told the “customer service rep”, if that’s what you want to call her, about it on the phone she cussed me out, called me a liar and hung up on me. How this company is still in business is truly beyond me!?

There are times we encounter a clog such as yours that is completely blocked with grease. We did unclog it however sometimes there are messes that go along with clearing a severe blockage inside. The technician did clean up his mess, and the spots on the cabinet floor were already there when the first technician arrived as there were pictures taken upon arrival. You had the option to call another plumbing company to address the clog since we couldn't get out there until the following week. We apologize for the inconvenience however grease build up in the lines will make a mess when clearing the clog.

Sorry for the long post- I hope it will deter people from using this company. I am also waiting for a snarky response (read the reviews below) despite my documentation. My water heater went out Sunday, 11/28. I filed an online claim the same day with my home warranty company, 2-10. I called Jefferson Plumbing on Monday, 11/29. They said the earliest they could get someone out to diagnose it was Thursday, 12/2. I understood and accepted that, as winter is a busy time. The man that came by Thursday, Mark Sheets, was very friendly and helpful. He said he wasn't sure when the install would be, which I understand is not his job to schedule. I tried to call Jefferson Plumbing on Friday, 12/3 for an update on an install date. Their hours are listed online as Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 3 pm. I called at 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm but didn't get an answer. No answering machine either. I called again at 7:45 am on Monday, 12/6. The receptionist said they were waiting on the home warranty company to order the water heater. I called the home warranty company a few hours later. They said Jefferson Plumbing filed the diagnostic paperwork that morning (after I called). I called Jefferson Plumbing again today, Tuesday, 12/7. I tried to call them 5 times, starting at 7:30 am. A coworker of mine also called them four additional times. They finally picked up at 8:30 am on my fifth try. I asked for an update, and they said the earliest they could install it was next Monday, 12/13. I said that would put me without hot water for two weeks. It is 29 degrees outside right now. They said they had a lot of emergency calls over the weekend. I said, "Shouldn't I already be in line since you all came out on Thursday?" She again said they had too many emergencies over the weekend. I told her the warranty company told me Jefferson Plumbing didn't file the diagnosis until Monday morning (yesterday) after I called. The receptionist kept trying to deflect. Eventually she said, "Well regardless of when it was filed, the earliest we can install it is Monday." I am very upset that I waited nearly one and a half weeks without hot water for nothing. I am very disappointed with the runaround and unprofessionalism.
