  I give Jeff two-out-of-five stars because, in all fairness, I cannot judge his actual labor. After contacting Jeff's listed number and speaking with the individual who answered, I didn't hear back from Jeff for two days. When I did, he told me that he could see me the following afternoon. I was not available that afternoon and, as the day following that was a holiday and he would, understandably, not be available, We agreed to meet two days hence on a Wednesday. I gave him my number, again, my address, directions to my home, etc.. He would be here "9:00AM. Bright and early!" Come the day, I waited until 11:00AM before finally calling to check on his arrival. I was told he would be contacted and I asked if he could please call be back with a ballpark on when to expect him, I do not have a cell phone. Long story short, I spent the day trapped at home waiting for word from him. Finally, at 4:45, he called. By this time, I was already considering other contractors. I've already waited this long, I suppose I can wait a bit longer. He might possibly be a fantastic AC repairman, but it seems he can't keep a commitment or return a call, so he only gets two Stars: Strictly the benefit of doubt.

  Our gas was off for 3 weeks. With it being Christmas week when it all started I knew I would have trouble w someone to come out. After calling several places they referred me to Jeff Stewart bc he specialized in mobile/modular homes. I called there & told them I was disabled and I had a 72 yr old motherThe lady who answered phone was rude like I was bothering her and our temp was only 42 In the house.anyway she said they were booked up for the entire week and not giving me a chance to explain our problem. I then asked well do u have any ppl to recommend & she abruptly said No. I told her ppl gave them them as a courtesy. Well w that she said good bye and hung up. So no it was not a good experience.
