  My toilet and bathtub were actively backing sewage up. Matt literally dove in and got the monster wad of feminine products and wipes removed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly refer him!! Matt with Jeff’s plumbing and drain cleaning

  Service was timely and the service technician was professional and helpful in assessing situation and explaining pump replacement and costs I have used them previously and had the same service plumber and was pleased with work. The tech even remembered the house and me. Very polite and conscientious

  They installed a slip line into the sewer out into the street. I was told this would get rid of my tree root problem that was clogging up drainage from my home. About $5000 service charge, and about 4 years later the problem resurfaced. At least I can use the clean out that was installed so I can use foaming root killer for maintenance? I called them about this, the receptionist told me they would call me back. I never heard from them.
