  Was purchasing property in Fountain Florida from this company For the Fountain Community Center 3 different members spoke to the owner and agreed to his price even agreed to paid to have the legal forms made we took the day off work to meet him 45 mins south in panama city at 11 he called at 11:00 running late called at 12:15 can not make it. Week later he rescheduled again for 11 am again 45 min south in panama city again took non paid day off work again paid to have the documents made this time 10:45 he said running late this time 1:30 said can not make it. BEWARE IF YOU GO TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR AT LEAST BE SMARTER THAN US DO NOT TAKE TIME OFF AND HAVE THEM PAY FOR THE LEGAL FORMS (so you will not be out the cash like we are)

  YES THE WANTED IT FOR LESS THAN I PAID I CANT SELL LAND 2000 CHEAPER THAN I PAID; I DONT THINK ANYONE ELSE WOULD ETHER[ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PLUMBING OR GAS THANK U

  Don't use them several times I waited on them to come and they never showed up. Finally he came and my husband was home and was never quoted a price til the end of the job. I was at work so he didn't have that much cash because I thought it was going to be alot less so he didn't have all the money. So my husband said come back tomorrow and get it. Well he harrassed us for the remainder of it til I had to meet him at 940 at night. Very unprofessional called me a their and threatened to increase my bill by 25 percent. Obviously business ain't good if u have to chase your money only after one day of the job at 940 at night. And he claims he is the only one that would come. That is so far from the truth. I also have text messages saying how he forgot about coming. And I wasn't getting out of paying. And plenty of business owners work with the clients.he was paid what my husband had as I had the debit card this was Saturday afternoon I went pulled out cash and went to work and forgot I had his cash I told him I worked late that Monday and then he gets to threaten me about adding interest to my already ridiculous bill. Way OVER priced. Just take my advice find someone else

  In my defense I was told they had money till I finished job. Then they told me it would be Sunday after I'm came on Saturday. After saying they would pay Sunday then they said Monday. They could not get anyone else to come. Also they rescheduled several times not me. I made 4 trips to collect my money. But I been in business 19 years So I'm doing something right. You cant please everyone. But please if you call a plumber or anyone else please be able to pay. That's how we pay our Bill's and buy material. Thanks
