  Dealt with Javier in setting up and expediting service. He called first thing in the am in response to rqst on anji’s. Actually cancelled service already scheduled with different plumber. Professional and well informed. Offered great price. Our project required a warranty replacement which involved return to store, then new install. Not all plumbers will do the hauling and/or disconnect but it was a breeze! 2things— would prefer written quote with service details AND although a paperless company, there are those who do not have access to electronic communication, so hard copy would be appreciated. (Used daughter email) Javier actually arrived with a tech. All the work was completed promptly as well as very clean. They answered all our questions. My Mother was so relieved and happy with our choice to use JD service repairs. Thanks Again!

  We have used a reputable popular company in the past and recently switched to JD Plumbing after another contractor highly recommended Javier and his company. Sure enough, they fixed an issue that we have grappled with over the last 6 years. Whereas it was in the past just fixed in a quick patchwork fashion, Mr. Valencia’s company heard our situation and got the bottom of the issue. We also used their company to replace our very old water heater units. They were timely, experts, and we will trait them again in the future. Highly recommend them!

  In the worse moment of cold weather they responded and came in fast to repair a water pipe burst crisis. Super professional, respectful, knows what he is doing, and excellent work. I 100% recommend their business. Will definitely call them again.
