  Within 30 minutes of my call Jay arrived. The sink fixture needed to be replaced and he left to purchase one. He was able to install this fixture and everything was completed in about 45 minutes. He was professional and skilled and I know his bill was fair and much less than what the local companies charge. I highly recommend Jay Gauthier plumbing and will definitely use him again for plumbing needs.

  I had an emergency leak that was about to damage our new hardwood floor. Within 90 minutes of my texting Jay, he not only responded, he cam to my home, identified the root cause, and replaced the valve. Exceptional, from 90 minutes of initiation on my part to full resolution. I am very grateful for Jay's service and skill. Thank you Jay.

  He came and checked out our furnace. Said the coil was clogged. Said he would call when he got a replacement. I called him again. He said he was trying to get one. I called him several times over the next 4 days. He never called back. I went with someone else who flushed the coil and gave us hot water again in a couple of hours. While waiting for him to call back we were out of hot water for a week
