  Jasper has done all the plumbing issues I've had in my home for over 15 years (and of course in a older home there can be a lot) and I have always been happy with the work that has been done.

  Changed out our old water heaters, the crew was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. They cleaned up everything, explained what they did and went above and beyond. I have worked with Jasper plumbing on construction sites as well, this was the reason I asked for them, but the first time needing there help. They’re always professional and knowledgeable, on time crews and great communication is what you need these days. These guys are not your corner cutting type workers, they make sure everything is 100%. I would recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs! Thanks Guys!!!!!

  installing a Tubbz Tub. I was refered to them from Tubbz, because they install several of there tubs. The plumbing work it self has steamed to be good. However there was an electrical plug on the back wall that supplied power to the jetted tub. Bo asked me to go get a power strip cord so that the tub could get power. I brough back several options and cords and he picked one out and plugged it all in. About a week after the work had been done the power strip failed. The tub used too many amps for that power strip. We had to make other modifications and add a junction box, with add plugs. It cost me a lot of time and ton of work with the tub installed. Also the tub was not supported properly. I reconize that this is not a plumber fault how ever I expect a person who has installed tubbz tub would think and help a client put in a tub where it is safe and apply plumbers codes. When coming out to estimate a bid, they could of just informed us on what needed to be done before they came back out to install the tub. It's not all about the money. It's taking care of a customer. Maybe great for a New Construction but not for a remodle. Disappointed
