  Josh and Gary did a real good job of fixing my kitchen sink. Josh was good to accommodate me on their schedule the next day. They arrived first thing in the morning and found the issue. Based on their work, I should say they are knowledgeable about the job they did and appreciate their willing to help their customers and displayed professionalism. I will vouch for these guys and will continue my relationship with them for my future needs. 5 star service!!

  We discovered a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I have a home warranty and the warranty company assigned J& A Plumbing. J&A Plumbing was not able to schedule me for FIVE days. They sent two workers to my house and they punched a hole in my garage ceiling, a hole in my 1st floor laundry room ceiling, and a hole in my laundry room wall but couldn't find the leak. The laundry room is above where the leak in the garage ceiling was but they didn't check anything in the laundry room after cutting the holes into my wall and ceiling. They then said that there was nothing they could do and said that I needed to have my insurance send a mitigation company to "tear out the sub-floor above my garage so that they could find the leak." When I called and questioned their recommendation, they refused to come back. The warranty company then sent a second plumber, Nussbaum Plumbing, and they said it was a caulking issue in my second floor bathroom shower, which is above the laundry room. Nussbaum arrived about four days after J&A Plumbing bailed on the job. They caulked but the water kept leaking into my garage. Nussbaum came back about five days later fixed a leak they said they found in the second-floor bathroom and that would solve the problem for the leak in the basement garage but it didn't. The water kept leaking and broke down about 50 square feet of garage ceiling. I hired Jaros plumbing, based on a recommendation from a coworker. They found the leak, which was coming from a pipe in the Laundry room wall. Unfortunately it was not the area where J&A plumbing cut the hole. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jaros plumbing. They were very professional and diligently worked until they found the problem.

  We had a leak around the base of our toilet that leaked when we flushed. It ended up being the wax rings and whatnot around the base. I called in the morning and spoke to Josh who was super helpful and professional, and he said he would be able to send someone over that afternoon or at the next morning at the latest. They were able to come that afternoon (around 4 hours after I called, so very quick turnaround day of). They (Greg and Travis) were in and out in less than an hour, everything fixed perfectly and cleaned up. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. Absolutely no problem from start to finish. Highly recommend them for a quick job like this!
