Jason came out on Saturday to fix a gas leak above our water heater that an inspector had found. Was professional and friendly. Showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Jason was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  He responded quickly to my text messages. The repair was done thoroughly and he checked for leaks afterwards. Jamison Plumbing will definitely be our permanent plumbing company for any future jobs here at our house. Thank you!

Had major plumbing issue where the pipe from house meets the City line, apparently there is a bracket that holds them together that was cracked. Originally we had called because the sewer backed up into the house. He was the 2nd plumber we called, the first plumber could not break or identify the clog. He was able to do this. This was a major job and he spent hours working to find the issue. Couldn't recommend any better plumber in the area!

We had Jason out to replace a valve and he was very friendly and responsive, then we  began remodeled our kitchen and main floor bath.  Jason did come out late on a Saturday to repair an emergency leak and we were very thankful.  Then he was schedule to come on Friday to do all the major work needed, prior to our drywall being put back up.  He did not show or call on Friday.  When my husband text him Saturday he text back that he would come out Monday.  No call or text and no show again on Monday.  He did not respond on Monday to our text and voicemail messages.  Tuesday morning he responded to Mondays text saying he would be out later in the week.  We hired another plumber.

Tiffany my apologies. Yes you are correct I thought i would make it on Friday afternoon, I finish the recipe and concrete replacement at 4:45pm on Friday. How ever your husband Mark did text me on Friday at 9:14am, with info regarding your project. I replied thank you At 9:00am, I did receive a Auto-Reply I’m driving right now- I’ll get back to you later. I received this a 9:19am. The next message I received from Mark was on Saturday at 9:39am, regarding information about your project. I replied at 11:23am No it will be Monday. Saturday I had an 10 hour project and Sunday I had a 6 hr project. Now on Sunday I went to install an exterior clean out on a sewer drain line. I cane across a septic tank in the city limits, I put up orange fencing and was ready to go home and watch the Super Bowl. I contacted the city 1st thing Monday morning. The tenants could not use any water. I ended up. Having H&H Septic pump the tank and Jeff Soligo bring me a load of sand. I was able to replace the plumbing drain pipe and I got a visual inspection by the city. I stayed and worked late to backfill till 11:00pm because of weather on Tuesday. Monday at 12:03pm I received a message from Mark checking on my schedule. I replied Tuesday morning at 7:40am that I could work on your project Wednesday and Thursday. I went back and finished the backfill, regraded the rock driveway and cleaned up the project. Your right i did not communicate with you like i would have liked to. I had a project to complete and get an inspection on. Once again I apologize to you. I’m sorry to let you down.

I called Jamison Plumbing around 3 this afternoon due to a clogged floor drain. He was heading to a job, but promised he would come by afterwards. Jason returned my call and arrived about 7pm. He thoroughly cleared out the clog. Made certain everything was flowing good, and charged a very reasonable price as well as answering all my questions regarding other plumbing issues I was having. I will definitely call Jamison Plumbing for any future business and recommend him to anyone as a reliable and efficient contractor.

We received a water bill today for over 10,000 gallons of water, so knew we had a leak somewhere. Traced it to an upstairs guest bathroom that is rarely used. Since my husband and I are both recovering from recent surgeries and couldn’t attempt the repair ourselves, we called Jason and left a message. He was here and fixed everything within a few hours of our text. We are so grateful to know we have an honest, responsive professional to call when we have a plumbing problem.

My wife and I moved into our first home 3 months ago, this last week we noticed we had water accumulating and soaking our basement carpet. We had a different plumbing company come out to look into it, twice, and they dismissed any plumbing issue. We called Jamison Friday at 6:00 and he was here to help Saturday morning at 8:00! He found our problem in a matter of minutes and explained to us why it was occurring. He fixed our problem right there, since there was a issue with how the lines were setup he also provided us with a few, affordable, permanent solutions.

I normally do all of my own home repairs and hated to have to call a plumber to squeeze into my very shallow crawl space to fix a busted water pipe. Due to health issues,  crawling in 3 inches of mud, in the winter, by myself, to repair the pipe was not a good idea. I called 10 plumbers and Jason was the only one willing to help. Jason charged me less than I expected and I had to add $60 to his bill because I would not have done this job for what he was going to charge me. Jason was professional and courteous.
