  Had a great experience with James. My water heater needed fixing and he was available to come the day after I contacted him. He ended up making a few trips to pick up supplies because our system was not able to be fixed as it normally would have. He came up with a great solution and we have not had an issue since. He was also not looking to get paid site on scene. He had us wait to make sure things were working properly before we paid our invoice. He has earned my trust and I will be using him again

  James Peterson Plumbing & Heating is the best! He did all the plumbing work in our house reno and maintains it. Very quick to respond, 100% honest about any wait time or issues, always arrives when he says he will, and VERY meticulous. Communication was easy and open. Amazing high quality work. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer !!
