  For several years, James and his company was our go-to plumber. We liked that James was knowledgeable and did a great job, even though he is a bit more expensive than most. However, the last 2-3 times we have called with a plumbing issue, we have had to leave messages. Sometimes the messages were not responded to and we had to call again. The last 2 times we were told it would be days 'til they could get to us. That's not acceptable when you have water gushing out of a broken faucet. So we're going with someone who can give us quicker service--and yes, there are many out there.

  Jim is great. He's kind, and explains what needs to be done, he does his work well, and his prices are reasonable.

  Mr. Mettee and his team are fantastic! Highly recommend. We have requested their services twice for two different projects. Quick turnaround, great price, and professional team. They will continue to be our go to team for any future projects or issues.
