  Do not and I repeat do not work for or hire this company. Very unprofessional. My husband applied to this company being extremely qualified for a job with them. His experience is as follows... plumbing, city work, sheet metal mechanic for 18 years for the government, roofing and construction work. He was told today by Barbara that Noone was interested. Barbara is very unprofessional and is only the secretary there. She was bothered by the mere fact that my husband called to inquire about his application and was very rude. Most businesses would love the fact that the person wanting g the job called to inquire but she only was bothered by my husband and was very rude to him.. She said and I quote" I hope you know you won't get $33 an hour here like your previous job " my husband then tried to explain and was cut off even then that he would take anything at any pay rate he just needed a job for himself and his family. Again please do not hire or work for them as they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

  My grandmother had a leaking hot water heater. After calling several companies, we were able to get on the schedule the next day after calling Cayton Plumbing. The technicians arrived within the allotted service window. They both were professional, knowledgeable and communicated effectively throughout the process. My grandmother didn’t interact with them due to COVID-19 concerns but she trusted my feedback and of course sent to me ask questions. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I just wish they were in Charlotte where I live!
