  James and his wife makes the perfect team. They are very fast, dependable, prompt , respectful. I would recommend them to anyone! They are a very professional team and compassionate. He did everything he could to get our furnace and put it in quick because the weather was getting cold and bad. So thankful he was the one we used. All others were all about the money and could of cared less if we had no heat. You won't be sorry to choose James Heating, Cooling and more!

  James is the best his field. He was truly a godsend I believe. We called at least 10 heating guys in our area (North Judson)and couldn’t get anyone out or even to return our calls. He not only does the work correctly and efficiently. He also explains how to do it and how it works. He is so professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I wish all all servicemen were like him. I also want to ad that I have never left a review but he deserves a great review because he was here for us when we really needed heat. Thank you, James for helping us when nobody else came through

  I came home at 8pm to a furnace not working, I searched for a great heating company in my area and found James heating and cooling. When I called i thought to myself no one wants to come out this late and fix something. Boy was I mistaken! James promptly answered, I explained my problem and he was at my home within 25 minutes. He is extremely professional and diagnosed the problem with in 15 minutes. He was able to get heat going in the house. I asked him to order the parts needed to fix everything the next day. He made sure I was informed and aware of all cost before work was performed. He is extremely honest, outgoing and a pleasure to work with. He has now found a customer for life and I will certainly refer his services to my friends and family!!
