  The "service call" was Mr Draper showing up at my house. He charged my outside unit with a small amount of freon. He then spent literally 30 seconds in my basement, didn't check the unit or anything. I was then handed a bill for over $200, and was expected to make payment immediately. Safe to say what he "did", didn't fix my issue of my house not cooling off. Called him 3 times over the next 5 days, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I've never been treated this way by a contractor. UPDATE: Had 1 hour heating out to look at my system today. The inside coil was completely covered in dirt and grime. They also found 2 large cracks in the furnace portion of the unit, that were leaking carbon monoxide into my home over the winter. Luckily this company cared to do their job, unlike Draper. How this man has a business is beyond me.

  Mr Baughman's service call ... Showed 2 issues ... Low on freon & furnace filter clogged and not installed correct.Mr Baughman had new filters there ...and a new 1 was installed.The filter that was there ... Was leaving dirt/dust from major basement demolition to get pulled into furnace and air conditioning coil . The damage was done before any work was done .Baughman did not want to tear into furnace to check .. Instead wanted to see if a new filter and freon would work . Sounds like it did not work ... And clogged coil led to heat exchanger failure --- But this was done before any Draper visit .Baughman charges were normal for the time and materials ... and a trip charge . His attitude on the phone led to not returning phone calls.

  Sorry ... But answering questions for over a half hour about a product ... That we did not sell ...... Is beyond what we can help with .... ALSO -- THE NAME CALLING ... WAS FROM -- M ROMAN ... when Roman was told that the phone call would be ended .
