  I called for a leak in a home I have on the market. He went the next to assess the situation, called me with recommendations and is in the process of making necessary repairs to include installing a new hot water heater. He responded quickly which was exactly what I needed.

  James Brown Plumbing is the best plumber that I know in the Gales Ferry area. He's super nice and he'll help you out asap. I would refer this company to anyone having plumbing issues.

  Kicked me to voice mail, which is fine, but then I got a "the voicemail box you called is full and cannot take any more messages, goodbye". That would make me very nervous to do business with this person, buyer beware.
