  Do yourself a favor do not hire, super irresponsible. Not on time. Looks like is a one man operation not a company. Always have an excuse for not getting there on time. Go find someone else.

  Mr. luis Reyes lives and works in new york. He always asked me to meet him on the weekends when it was suitable for him to come to PA. Never stopping to consider that it was always on the weekends. I always accommodated him and never charged him a penny for my time. On two separate occasions he gave me appointments and blew me off. I drove to location where we were going to meet, called him, text him, had guard at gate call him, with no response. Never responding to my calls. He held off on job for 2&1/2 months. when he decided to move ahead it was again on the weekend, not wanting to pay for weekend work, which i have to pay my men. He had to get back to NY to work. At that time i told him he should find another company. Mr reyes said to me, i quote " i am hiring you because i like the way you always respond" end quote.
