  My fiancé and I are buying our first house and after researching many companies we decided to go with Jacobs septic services. This company has many positive reviews and their pricing is very reasonable. As first time home buyers we do not know much about having a septic system but Sal Jacobs made the inspection process easy! He took the time to explain how everything works the day of our inspection and is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was very honest about the condition of our septic system and was truly looking out for our best interest. I love the idea of supporting a family-owned and operated company rather than a bigger corporation because I would rather give my money to a hardworking family. Sal Jacobs gave us the best customer service and I would recommend his company to anyone who is looking for septic, heating or plumbing services! Thank you so much Sal! We will definitely be using this company again in the future

  I Recently bought a house and was giving the all clear that septic was in working order and a cleaning/pumping would be good for 2-3 years. Not the case for me. Four months in and I had my washer back up into my toilet and had sewage spilled into my house. I called the two closest suggestions google give and the first couldn't help and the other never called me back. I was recommended to call Sal's and they were here within the hour. They took the time to explain the situation and answered all my questions with professionalism that went above and beyond. I had my septic pumped and line cleared. I called later in the evening and Sal took the time to answer more questions with me. I was blown away by the time he took with me again. For someone who is new to septic, I'm glad I went with this Company. They treated me like family and I will be a repeat customer for years!
