  I was Amazed from the time I spoke with Mrs. Jacobi!!! Very sweet and professional lady!!! I Had A Huge leak around my Lakehouse At Ellsworth!!! I Was Desperate! I had turned the water off but I looked up n thought God had sent me 2 Angels!!! They were here within 10 Minutes of my Call! My family, Uncle Jimmy, Uncle Calvin Camp And My Aunt Pam Pratz Always Spoke highly of the Jacobi’s! So, that’s why I called! I could tell Mr. Jacobi Wasn’t Happy! lol, seems he’s made Many calls to this place! He said it better be at the end of the bath because he told Pam he’s not crawling under this place No More!!! He’s such a cute little man but Very Serious! He spent at least 2 Hours out there and there’s Nothing Slow About Him! I just Wish I could move that Fast! I was Dreading Another Expensive Bill!!! I had just paid a huge bill Last Month for a separate leak and used a different guy. I was Pleasantly Surprised and Gladly Paid a Very Reasonable Bill! I’m a JACOBI FAN FOR LIFE!!! I highly recommend them for Any And All repairs! You won’t be disappointed! I will continue to recommend them to everyone! Oh yeah... this Cracked Me Up! We had discussed using pex for plumbing before spring so I knew Mr. Jacobi doesn’t do this so I asked him “. Can you Refer Someone to me so I can get started on this?” And he just looked up at me and said “No!” He said I Don’t Refer Anyone!!!! I Cracked Up!!!! He kinda smirked as well! He tried not to show it but I saw that Smirk! Lol!!!! I Guess You Can’t Refer Anyone When You’re The Best!!! God Bless this Family because they sure Blessed Me!   Showed up pretty quickly. Worked on our faucet problem. It still was leaking so they returned and added another part at no additional charge. Very reasonable charge and no extra charge for being out of town.

  I called because of a frozen pipe and they so kindly talked me through the steps of fixing it on my own ! I cannot state enough how appreciative I am of them!
