  When we called Jacob plumbing, they gave us services immediately but they never solved the problem, we had to call them again in three days fpr the same issue and they charged us again. So they never unclogged the drain in first time. that's how they are reaping the customers.

  There are no guaranties on sewer lines. Who knows what was flushed down the line causing the blockage. If the problem continues you may have to repair or replace the line.

  The woman is so rude ,No body no what there are doing .The cs rep. is very rude..There came out to fix my shower and the work is not completey The rude woman said she will have to charge me again. I pay 150.00 for sevice that was not done.I wanted go to jacob. I have 70 yrs.and they took me for ---------- I want go to jacob plumbing co.There need to fix my shower.

  Called this morning at 8:30AM for someone to be sent out to fix our leaking toilet. I was told someone was on the way. It is currently 1:28PM and no one has yet to show up. I called at 11AM also to check how much longer it would be, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She didn't ask for my name, she did not give me a time estimate. And assured me that she's had MANY calls this morning. Not sure how many people could have possibly called before I did at 8:30AM, but I'm sure that should've put me somewhere near the top of the list. Very unreliable. Dissatisfied.
