  We hired Jackson's to install our natural gas. When they drilled through the wall, they cut our electric wiring cutting off electricity to one outlet. When we brought this to their attention, they checked and double-checked their work and assured us that they had not cut or disabled the wiring and the issue must have been caused by something other than their work. We had an electrician come to check why our electric outlet was no longer working, and he found exactly where Jackson's had cut our wiring when installing the natural gas. We are so incredibly lucky that nothing catastrophic happened while live electric wires were cut and hanging near the natural gas pipe.

  We were surprised to read your review, Jenny, since we thought we had resolved this issue to your satisfaction long ago. We always take great care when doing any installation. Although our inspection of the site where we drilled through the concrete did not turn up anything, we strongly suggested that you have an electrician come out and test the outlet in question to be safe. You took a great deal of time to do that, but we did reimburse you in full for the electrician's bill. We understand your safety concern. Our technicians are trained and certified and safety is always their top priority. We're not sure what more we could have done, but invite you to please call us if you would like to discuss this matter further.

  Just bought a house in the area and these guy have been nothing but wonderful. They came and fixed my heater in less than an hour when the ignitor was having problems and got me up and running before any pipe froze and they did my service. Affordable and grate service.

  Couldn't be happier with my boiler replacement spring of 2020. I called 4 heating contractors and Jackson was the only one to follow-up. They handled my warranty claim and were on time. Very professional, trustworthy and excellent pricing. Highly recommend!
