  Jackson Plumbing is awesome. Scott just replaced 4 toilets in my house & did a excellent job. Kept everything clean as when he started. His prices are probably the most reasonable that I have ever encounter when utilizing a plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. As for the 2 negative reviews these 2 people have been posting negative things about Scott on many different sites. If anyone wants to talk to me personally just post here & I will get in touch with you.

  It’s been a year since Scot took $1500 to buy and install a water heater and never came back. We had used Scot in the past several times and were pleased with his work. We didn’t hesitate to pay upfront since we had used his services many times before. He had many excuses for not returning and in pursuing my own investigation, the excuses were false. I hesitated to publish this as I hoped his business would pick up and we might get our money returned, but I can safely assume he stole $1500 with no attempt to do the work or return the money. Something’s obviously changed as reviews from 3-4 years ago went from five stars to more recently one star.

  DO NOT HIRE! Scott is not a licensed master plumber! If you go to the TX State Board Of Plumbing you will not only find a listing for Jackson Plumbing, but there is no listing for Scott or his alleged license number (license number is invalid). My boss recently had Scott paint her bedroom and he was also going to clean her 2 water heaters. She paid him in advance and he’s only showed up for a few hours on Monday to paint the bedroom. Constantly making excuses for having to reschedule and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get him to respond at all. All week his phone has been shut off and his voicemail box full so you can’t leave a message. This man is illegally performing the duties of a master plumber in residential homes without insurance and without being properly certified. Please be advised if an unlicensed person works on Plumbing in your home and something goes wrong (flooding, leaks, etc) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES! A complaint will be filed within the week to hopefully stop Scott from performing any more illegal Plumbing services.
