  My AC unit would not come on the other night so I called and one of the employees, Payne Reeves, came out to my house the next morning and got me fixed up in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Outstanding service and an even better guy! I would highly recommend him to anybody!

  Payne did and always has performed with world class customer service! He has serviced me and my family for years. Our system recently went out it was 22 years old with a bad heat exchanger. He gave us a multitude of options in which we went with the Trane American standard 18 seer high efficiency dual fuel option. We will be lifetime customers with Payne @ Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning for all of our HVAC, Plumbing, electrical and carpentry needs.

  Great technition. Came out the day after my ac quit and got it up and running while it was 97 degrees outside, within a couple hours. I also payed for a service plan so he cleaned and tested the freon. My ac hasn't worked this well in a few years. My wife an pups are super happy.
