  Originally called attempting to rent a portable septic tank for my RV during the time my home was being built. Kim told me that I could rent a septic tank from them and they would fill my freshwater tank as often as I need it. Kim said this would cost me $100 a month. Call back a week later after purchasing a freshwater tank. The lady that answered the phone was rude said that they could not do the full freshwater as previously promised and when I asked to speak to a manager hung up on me. I thought the call had dropped so I called back. Went to voicemail. Call from my office phone as I speak to a manager she hung up on me a second time. Terrible customer service.

  So upset! I have used this company before and they were great but this time they charged me 50.00 more said my tank was over filled? Really? The 300.00 you charge to dump it isn’t enough? I could barely afford that and to be charged extra and be a return customer? Sorry but because of this you have lost a life long customer! Plus they messed up the way the lid fits on my tank now!!! Not happy

  I needed a new system in a bad way. Dwain came as the most recommended company in the area. They were right. Dwain is very nice and professional. His whole crew was great. They worked quickly and made sure every detail was correct. They ended up working in the pouring rain and still took time to ensure everything was right. I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Lackey Septic and Plumbing.
