So I work for a construction company and got into an altercation with on of their plumbers in a new subdivision. The individual had parked his vehicle in a position that made it impossible to do my job, there was no company name on the vehicle so I had no idea who it actually belonged to, so I honked my air horn in my truck in hopes that the owner of the vehicle would realize his vehicle needed to be moved. So I gave the horn a pull and waited a few minutes with no response so I give it another tug and the owner of the truck comes out kicking and screaming like a two year old saying every time my company comes in the subdivision he has to move his truck. So I attempted to ask him why he continues to park in a place that’s obviously gonna prevent another trade from doing their job and he didn’t have the courtesy to listen to the question let alone answer the question. In a nut shell I wouldn’t use this company with the chance this gem would be sent to do the job. I’ll hire a professional 😉

Had them do a rough-in of my basement bathroom. They installed the tub drain to far from my wall and then installed the front of the tub 3/4" higher than the back - so it's not vertically square. The installation of the drain too far back caused me to have to fir out the wall surrounding the tub. The blamed it on the framing, but no, it was your guys that installed the drain too far back and then not installing it level. Nice people, but my interaction with their workers has been less than stellar.

I filed a warranty request with Dr Horton and they sent Serdar plumbing (the people who installed the plumbing in my home) to review my issue. When my drain had completely come apart and the plumber saw the issue his response was that “someone must have bumped it”... so I guess their plumbing can’t withstand a bump, and that’s seen as adequate craftsmanship. A second opinion revealed that it was installed incorrectly. Mistakes happen but Serdar’s feeble attempt to avoid accountability is what’s most concerning.
