  I called Jacks plumbing and explained my concerns. I had leakage at the bathroom sink faucets which was leaving a rust stain. There was also a slow drip under the bath and kitchen sinks. I was advised there would be a $50 non refundable fee for coming out to take a look and to provide estimate. However, they did advise that if Jacks pluming would be the ones to come back to do the work then they would deduct the $50 fee from the bill. I agreed. Jacks plumbing came out, took a look at the issues and advised accordingly. While they were out, I also mentioned I was interested in having the tub/shower insert replaced. After months of back and forth and them trying to find another contractor to do the tub/shower insert I never heard back. I was never able to get any of my plumbing issues fixed. Not the leaks, not the tub shower insert, etc. Nothing. However, the $50 was kept. This was very disappointing to me. I waited and waited and waited for resolutions and in the end Jacks plumbing seemingly had no interest of returning. But they were interested in getting the $50 to simply show up. I would not recommend Jacks plumbing for this reason. In the end I got nothing for my $50. I have since found an amazing plumbing/contractor that I would highly recommend. His name is Fidel and he is with Savage Handyman Services. He even received a good cash tip from me because of his honesty, fabulous work, proactiveness, and professionalism. U fortunately that was not my experience with Jacks plumbing.
