  Had an emergency at 3 am. Water heater broke and leaking. Called the emergency number and a guy, Tim, came over within 20 minutes and took care of the problem! Great attitude and very helpful! Definitely recommended!!

  My AC failed over the weekend. Issue was low refrigerant on a product that is no longer produced. I had another local Findlay company out for a quote of my air conditioner being down and was quoted $12k and a lead time of over a week for an entire system! Jacks worked with me on what I actually needed (just the condenser and coil) and had me up and running for a little over $3k. My family very much appreciated the quick replacement and fair price. Highly recommended!

  Jack's was great to work with! We needed both the furnace and the AC replaced and they were able to explain a variety of good options for us to choose from that would suit our budget. The clear communication made me feel so much more confident in the decision we were making! They were respectful, understanding, and answered all of my questions. The work was thorough, communication was great! I highly recommend.
