  Jay from Jack Albert Plumbing helped us with winterizing a house that we own in Decatur. We were not there in person to meet up with him, but he was very professional over the phone and sent us pictures afterwards to show his work. He also gave detailed information about the work he performed as well as information about a broken water meter, and he advised us on how to get it fixed (through the city.) His rates are reasonable and his service is excellent. Thank you, Jay!

  We moved to Illinois in Decatur, and our house needed new pipes, all the pipes need to be replaced, I called Jack Albert plumbing and I talk to Jay and he was a awesome plumber got the work done, for a awesome price,, and fast too. Jay say we won't have water for 24 hour until he install the hot water, but he finished in one day... If you need a plumber with awesome work and prices call them to fix your needs....

  Had a new sink electronic faucet installed. He was prompt. Accomplished the job quickly and professionally. Great work at a fair price. Would HIGHLY recommend!
