First class work on my existing generator and upgraded the system from manual operation to automatic full house service. I'm very happy with their work On time. on schedule and on budget.

I prefer using independently owned businesses and JA Corey is who I've been using for a few years now. They're always great to deal with, they give you a full detailed analysis on what was wrong with (in my case) my generator and if a problem comes up they swiftly come over to check it out. So far I've never had a technician that felt like he didn't know what he was doing or seemed confusing. They have all seemed well trained and prepared to deal with whatever issue arises. They always deal with me and my long list of questions (I'm curious of what they're doing), so at least they're patient. As long as they're around, and keep giving great customer service, they have a lifetime customer here.

They didn't have any time to even come look at my job. Apparently not interested in growing there business to accommodate to growing need in the Littleton area.

I called to get some electrical work done. Unfortunately they were booked out for 3 weeks but the receptionist said they would fit me in at that time. Which is understandable because summer is busy time for that line of work. I had to call them back after 4 weeks of not hearing from them. When i spoke to the receptionist again she informed me that the owner wasnt interested in the work that i needed done, and that because they took on another job (that was bigger) they didnt have time for me.
* RESPONSE TO OWNER*

As far as I'm concerned you did accept my call when your receptionist said I was on your wait list that was 3 weeks out. I even called back a second time to make sure I was on that list. If you guys were too busy should have just said so in the first place. The receptionist told me you took on a bigger commercial job? (After waiting 3 weeks) Thanks for blowing me off! Must be nice to be able to pick and choose what work you wana do! It's fine I'll find another electrician to do the work. Just extremely unprofessional

Sorry to see your comments. As we explained to you when you called we were not able to accept your call for the simple reason that we had no idea as to when we could get to you. We could have accepted your call and them never got to you. We can only take on as much work as we have a labor force to do so.

Had a problem with the refrigerator turning off, which is not ideal when it comes to keeping groceries. Called and was amazed to discover that the they would send somebody out the same day. Kuay quickly figured it out, corrected it and was a pleasure to deal with.

They aren't taking electrical jobs at this time. No explanation, no apology. JA Corey Electric doesn't take electrical work apparently. Charming.

They service our Generac yearly, always been a pleasure to deal with!
