  We recently purchased from Home Depot, new quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. The countertops were installed by Inland Counter Tops. The other items were all installed by J & T Plumbing Pros Inc. Cody was our service and technician plumber. Cody was awesome and did such a professional and wonderful job for us. Cody is very knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend J & T Plumbing Pro’s and Cody.

  J&T plumbing pros were fantastic. Tyler was professional clean and explain the whole process that was going be done at my home. They install a water treatment for my home. My wife and daughter are very sensitive to the water that the city of San Bernardino provides. The amount of chlorine that was coming into my house was no joke. After installing the water treatment for my whole house he showed me pictures before and after and talk about 1000% percentage improvement. I am very satisfied customer with the quality they installed and the price was very very reasonable. Truly recommend them to my neighbors and family. Thank you J&T plumbing & Tyler

  I paid over $400 for them to disconnect and connect all new plumbing after my countertops were installed. I went with "professionals" because they would backup their work. Everything is leaking and rotting our cabinets. I called 38 days after the work was completed and they told me they will not help because it is out of their 30 day warranty. $400 for 30 day and now I have to pay for someone to fix their poor quality work and replace the bottom of my cabinet. This was a company backed by Home Depot. Not worth the money or headache. Poor customer service. You want me to pay extra fix your work, you had no problem coming out the first time. Why pay you double?

  Hi Nicole, As I’m sure you can see our 5 star reputation reflects our actual customer service. We offered to come out when you called, but when we mentioned a trip charge since you are located out of our normal service area in Crestline you said “I will just call someone else”. Unfortunately I’m not sure how that reflects poor customer service on our part when we offered to come out.
