  Just had my first septic check up and maintenance with J and S. Justus was great to work with and was personable. I hadn't cleared overgrowth for access to the septic and Justus was kind and respectful about my error. He educated me on how the septic works (never had that from our previous company). I received a thorough report on the service. I feel the value and quality of the service was on par for my expectations.

  Had the semiannual checkup for the septic system. Justus was efficient and helpful in the explanation of how the system operates. He also explained why the alarm will occasionally sound and what might be the cause. Very pleased with the service
