    My Rheem water heater started leaking water and it was under warranty. Rheem tech support setup a dispatch with this Company. There was a guy named Zach who came out and said the expansion tank was bad and replaced it. Minutes after he left water started leaking again. I called this bussiness and spoke to Jeanie and she said the guy made a mistake of not telling you the expansion tank wasn't covered under warranty. She dispatched him out and this time he replaced PRV (pressure relief valve). I asked him if he was confident that fixed the water leak. At this point, he checked the main water pressure into the house and it was 90 and that should have been <60 according to him. He said I should get that replaced soon. I asked him to send me a estimate for that. A few days they sent me a bill for $200 towards the expansion tank replacement, shouldn't have been replaced in the first place. Another estimate for $525 for replacing the main pressure regulator valve. The problem wasn't solved and I ended up replacing the pressure regulator valve for $250 with another plumber and he said the whole issue leak was due to this faulty main valve. I spoke to the owner Bob regarding the bill and service. He blatantly lied to me his employee Zach got the approval from me to replace the expansion tank. This was outrageous lie and I don't know how this business survived doing business like this. I normally encourage small business but not this kind of business. He then said he will deal with Rheem. A week later got the bill in the email again. I responded to the email with everything that happened and my conversation with the owner Bob. This guy Bob responded to me with blatant lie again that his employee Zach got my approval to replace the expansion tank. I replied to the email saying this was a blatant lie and they are a fraudelent business. He then responded to me saying that he has forwarded the bill to collection agency and I should deal with them. I was going to escalate this to PA Govt consumer affairs and BBB etc and decided not worth my time. However, I feel complaints will pile up against businesses of this kind and nature will deal with them. Stay away from this business as far as you can. They are completely dishonest people, use harassing tactics (someone else reported a month earlier), people lacking knowledge and I have reported this to Rheem in detail as well.

    We had an appointment for an estimate but due to time constraints we had to cancel when we found someone else who could complete the work sooner. They showed up anyway and were very rude to my husband when he informed them we hired someone else. Within no time at all I was emailed a bill for $75 for a canceled service call… for a free estimate! I guess they had nothing else better to do that day and would have preferred to come into the house and waste their time quoting the work that they wouldn’t have been getting. After contacting them I am still being harassed with “reminders” to pay my bill. So glad we didn’t let these guys do work on our house with the way they run their business!

    As usual there is always two sides to a story and we genuinely appreciate and value customer input; but, most of what Ms. Good states is just that: a story. First off Ms. Good or her husband never canceled. While her husband abruptly slammed the door in my employees' face he mentioned that he "guess my wife for got to cancel". This was not for an "Estimate". It was to repair. My team drove close to 45 minutes, one way to get there. In conclusion, we could have been somewhat understanding but the fact that Ms. Good, and her husband, were/are so disrespectful of my team and frivolous with our time our invoice, as I relayed to Ms. Good, still stands.

    Tech was unprofessional. Didn’t finish job. Was a no show for first appt. was confrontational to tenant and when I later called confrontational and aggressive with me making me feel uncomfortable. Never fixed leak and still was charged. Do not use this plumber. Eventual plumber hired was amazing and honest and patient. Keep searching. Save yourself the aggregation.
