OUTSTANDING customer service! PROFESSIONAL and EXPERT installation and repair! MILITARY discount: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J-R’s Water Well Service! Jason, Trinidad, and Jaden are hardworking, honest young men (very funny too:). These guys deserve IMMEDIATE PROMOTION and substantial PAY RAISE! They explained to my satisfaction, every step of the install/repair and cost, of my well pump and tank. They brought a service truck loaded with 100% of all tools and parts required for this ginormous task. From start to finish, these professionals did the job in 2.5 hours. Extremely fast response time. The sweet, courteous, young woman at the office took my call at 9:00 am and by 1:30 pm they were on my property ready to roll. Price? Very reasonable😊!

Jason was the technician that worked on my well, he had excellent customer service and clear communication about what needed to be done. He tells you how it is, straight to the point. He answered all my questions without getting angry or frustrated. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy. They were able to make it the same day, quickly diagnosed multiple issues (the well had been unused for some time), had everything on the truck to make repairs and were finished in about an hour.
