  I used Burt for a residential remodeling project and would never recommend him to anyone I know. Twice I came home and he was gone for the day and there was water leaking into the house. He replaced the toilet on a Friday but it wouldn't flush. When I called him that night, he told me he didn't work weekends, so I had to use the gas station all weekend. His finishing work is poor - faucets and knobs were installed crooked and he broke several tiles when working on water lines. To top it off, he charged me way more than expected. When confronted, he told me everyone knows how much these things cost! Clearly that's not true or we wouldn't have had a billing disagreement!
