Something was causing water backup. Had reached out to JR Enterprises.  The LADY who answered the phone was very pleasant and within an hour a Senior Supervisor was there at the house to survey the problem/issue... About 3 hours later, repair technician was there and within 2 hours, DONE... From that day forward, this organization will be my first call for repairs... EXCELLENT BUSINESS PRACTICE... GREAT JOB!

Affordable and was amazing to work with!! Broke an outdoor water faucet while mowing. Called and Doug came out, same day. Repaired the pipe and faucet. Even return a few days later to repair the pipe again after I noticed a small beading puddle coming up from my bathroom floor. Doug is an absolute gem to have as a plumber! Will be using JR Enterprises again in the future! Highly recommend!

JR Enterprises are superheroes!  Last week, I came downstairs to a flooded first floor.  The first plumber I called was taking reservations a week out.  The second couldn't get anyone til after hours.  Jolene said, "Let me check and I'll get back with you."  She called right back, and two JR guys were here in less than 20 minutes.  They had it repaired in less than 30 minutes and charged me much to little for such an emergency.  Best ever outcome to a disaster.   JR Enterprises are the GOAT

Always a great experience with this company! Doug is always on time and gets the problem fixed quick. Everyone I have spoken with in the office has been super helpful as well! I would recommend these guys for any plumbing or Ac needs!

Undercover inside their main offices, secretaries were busy answering phone calls, organizing paperwork, and notifying the workers where the next job is. Highly recommended for Emergency and commercial A/C and Plumbing issues

Straightforward. Real people. Quality Work. Good Pricing. I wont use anyone else frome here forward. I had a leak coming from my backyard spicket, it was inside my wall pretty deep. I tried to repair it myself but it leaked again the next day. I called JR Enterprises based on my neighborhood facebook group's high recommendations. I called at 4:50PM, Doug was there by 5:00PM. He was done in about 15 minutes and we chatted for about 30 more minutes. No additional fees or hidden fees. Great people, great service. #1

They replaced my entire (inside and outside) AC system in 2017 for a rental property. In early 2018 the drain (condensate) pump was clogged and ended up flooding the house. At the beginning of 2019 the drain pump went out and flooded the house again. This time a new drain pump was installed. When I called to find out why I was having issues with the drain system I was told there wasn't a drain pump in the system until 2019 when they installed it (after the most recent issue). After explaining to the owner that I had a work order from the previous year where they had worked on the drain pump I was then told the old pump had burnt up. I asked if the pump was under warranty from when the entire system was replaced. I was then told everything was replaced in 2017 except the drain pump. I asked why a $50 drain pump wouldn't have been replaced with the rest of the 20+ year old system when everything else was replaced in 2017 or at least in 2018 when the house flooded the first time.  I was never provided a satisfactory answer and was stuck with multiple exorbitant bills for carpet cleaning and AC repair. I felt like there was a gross misunderstanding or I was being fed a lie. No discount was offered or responsibility taken by the company.

Called them to replace my leaking water heater. I wanted a tankless heater and they recommended the brand A.O. SMITH. Jan. 13th I called them, they came by the 14th and told me the unit needed to be replaced. The unit was under warranty but they would not warranty their labor... another $150. The part will be in on Friday. I didn't hear from them ..EVER. I called them the following Tuesday and they said the part came in yesterday but couldn't fix it until Wednesday. I told them I would come by to get the part and have someone else put it in since there isn't any hot water in the home for over a week. He told me I was an A** and hung up on me. He won't get the work done, He recommended a water heater that didn't last a year and a half and then hung up on me.. I am the problem in his opinion. TYPICAL LOUSY SERVICE AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PAID. RUN FROM THIS CONTRACTOR OR YOU WILL GET THE SAME LOUSY SERVICE.

Such a wonderful family business! They are licensed and insured to cover electrical and plumbing as well as AC. We needed help for an electrical emergency on Saturday night and even at 8:45PM we were able to get in touch with them and have help sent right away. He explained the issue was caused by GA Power and he stayed to make sure he could explain to GA Power what his findings were. Even after the service call they followed up with us the next day to make sure everything had been fixed. The company is very willing to help us get documentation to send to GA Power and make sure we get the reimbursement owed to us. I would highly recommend such honest and helpful people.

This company has been contracted by the realty company representing the property I'm renting. I have been in my apartment since 02/08/2020 and have had issues with my toilet. One of their repairmen was supposed to fix the toilet. It is now 02/18/2020 I am still dealing with a toilet not functioning properly!
