  Quick and efficient. He understood what we needed when I explained over the phone when everywhere else I called did not. Very friendly and arrived within an hour. Also, much better priced than competitors we called.

  Seemed very nice and professional the first time I spoke with him on the phone. We scheduled an appointment, however when the day of the appointment came it was raining. We rescheduled since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain. I haven't heard from him since.
