We used JP Plumbing twice for separate issues for service. They were on time as specified, no surprise charges/fees, very professional and friendly, and explained clearly what they need to do and what they were doing as the job went on. If I ever happen to need plumbing related services done again, I will call on JP Plumbing!

JP Plumbing was one of the best choices for needed service I have ever made.  They (plumber Jose and customer service Rebecca) were extremely professional, prompt, master fountain of knowledge for the water stop valve that was leaking.  The price of the work done was more than fair and I will have no problem referring them to anyone in the future!

Christian is awesome!! He came out in the time frame I was given for service, he was very friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired a leak we’ve had since the winter storm in an hour, looks brand new. The business was very responsive and prompt in getting back to me for service requested the same morning. We will definitely use them again!

What a great company. The were responsive, professional, and prompt and gave a quote upfront and even did a little extra labor while they were installing the water heaters at no cost.  Can't say enough about them I would definitely recommend and use them again. Pricing was reasonable and they did not try to hit me with a zip code tax ($1k+) like the other guys.

JP Plumbing was top notch service! Extremely professional, polite, quick to respond, and replaced our hot water heater in no time! I submitted a service request through our home warranty company on Sunday afternoon, JP Plumbing called me before 8AM Monday, came out to check the issue that afternoon, and replaced with a new hot water heater Wednesday morning.

Luis was super friendly, honest with his appraisal and knowledgeable on the repair of our cracked hose valve coupling after the Feb freeze.  Definitely recommend his services

We were referred thru our homeowners warranty company and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They called within the hour of making the request and came within the next hour. The tech Chris was very nice, professional and took the time to talk with me about the problem, future concerns and prevention. I was amazed at how smoothly and quick it all got taken care of, highly recommend them!

I would like to say that JP Plumbing is AWESOME! I had received a few recommendations to them as I was in dire need of a plumber. I had a horrible clog that started in my kitchen then ran though the lines in laundry and bathroom. Apparently, the way my lines are I needed a certain machine which not all comp have. He gave me some companies to call but he did try to clear for over an hour but no luck. He told me he could try something else, but it could do some damage and suggest I try the comp with that machine. They did not charge me since I was a first-time customer. I am very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and honesty-  I would highly recommend and use them again.

Best Plumbing company in the Ft Bend area. Very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable about any issues with your plumbing. Family business with awesome techs and master plumbers.

I wanted them to repair or replace two exterior frost free faucets and the guy told me to find the parts online and fix them myself.
