  Jeff is the man! I call him the Nostradamus of plumbers because man can he correctly diagnose a plumbing problem. He masterfully diagnosed a broken pipe and it’s tricky location and set about going through brick, Sheetrock, and a real tight fit to get our problem fixed. He knew exactly what to do, where it was, and which parts were needed. He works quickly and efficiently and really saved our family from a tight spot. Jeff will tell you like it is and I so appreciated his kind and thoughtful manner. He is straightforward and honest. Give him a call!

  Follow up to previous review..... 4 months after work was completed the seal installed under the sink strainer that he was to have replaced with new parts developed a leak. He declined to honor his workmanship warranty. I had to hire a second plumber to correct the new leak who advised the parts were incorrectly installed. It was also confirmed that new parts were not used. Still would not recommend hiring this plumber. Note, he has also declined to address this negative review. Original review below: Hired Mr. Wallace to install a p-trap system under a kitchen sink, several months later leaked. He charged $1,400. Pricing was 2-3 times what it should have cost, but I was in a bind. Nearly four months later a leak developes involving what he installed causing damage. He declined to honor his original warranty or to address what is currently leaking. This guy is bad for business - DO NOT HIRE

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. Did not get a day that he was coming he just showed up. I was at work. It was to fix the outside tap. Came into the house cut a hole in the wall after throwing everything that was against that wall into a pile. In doing so he broke personal expensive belongings and didn't say a word. When I found out the didn't even apologize for doing it. After cutting a hole something happened that caused water to flood the area that he cut open. He was not able to fix the pipe without help so my son needed to help. So I am left with a hole in the wall. Soaking wet carpet, walls and who knows what else and there is still a pipe leaking somewhere.

  the owner had me come for the repairs, & said someone would be home. have been doing plumbing repairs for the owner for 25 years. she warned me about this customer!!
