  I needed an emergency repair for my oil burner. I called Jay. He was here within 30 minutes. He explained EVERYTHING to me and he was thorough. He was professional. He had my system up and running in no time, which was SO GREATLY APPRECIATED. The weather this past week was ridiculously cold. I am certain pipes would have froze if Jay did not resolve my problem. His price was fair. He did not try to take advantage of the situation by up charging unnecessary replacements and add on fees. He called a few days later to followup on the job that he did. If I have ANY plumbing issues in my home down the road I would not hesitate to call Jay.

  Jay did an amazing job replacing our water heater. He came immediately, was on time and was extremely clean as you can see from the photo. He was a great communicator to help me understand the whole process from timing to cost which was very helpful. Thank you jay!

  I called Jay to replace my water heater. He responded quickly and walked me through my options. Ordered the water heater and the job was completed that same day. Jay treated me professionally with the install and fairly with the price. I’ll definitely call him again when I need work done.
