  Want the BEST? Get the BEST of Master Plumbers with Jim! Responds immediately 24/7; quality work, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable of his profession! We had a major water line break resulting in full flooding of crawl space. He knew immediately where the break was, crawled through water to turn the main line off and saved our house from serious damage! Couldn't ask for better service!!

  Just wanted to give this company a great review because at my time of need when he could've just told me sorry he didn't work in my area any longer, and hang up the phone, he took the time to listen to me, diagnose my issue over the phone, and point me in the right direction to get the ball rolling. On a Friday night, my basement toilet started spewing water like a faucet all over the floor from the bottom of the toilet. I had no clue as to what was happening. However, after explaining my situation, though, he couldn't fix it, he told me to contact the county before calling a plumber. That one bit of information, that some may assume would be common knowledge, saved me hundreds of dollars, as the issue ended up not being mine to resolve, but instead my HOA's. Thank you for answering your phone at that late hour, and thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your simple action of compassion continues to give me faith in humanity.

  I needed my hot water heater replaced immediately and Jim was extremely responsive. He was able to replace it the SAME DAY and not only were his prices reasonable, but he did a great job as well. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to all.
